In autumn 2022, I undertook a comprehensive evaluation of Library Management Systems (LMS) to modernise and unify library services across all academies. Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, I compared leading solutions, including Heritage Cirqa, Accessit, and Libresoft, focusing on cloud-readiness, integration, and user experience.
