To streamline policy management, the Central Compliance Team began using the policy management features within the ‘Every Compliance’ platform. This allowed the team to keep track of policy approvals and expiration dates, ensuring that a policy would never lapse or be published without approval.
While Every Compliance had a built-in mechanism for embedding published policies on external websites (such as the academy or Trust websites), it had no options for styling, organisation or filtering, meaning that it wasn’t fit for purpoose.
As such, I worked to develop a custom integration between Every Compliance and Trust websites that would allow policies to be styled in keeping with the design of our websites, organised into clear categories and, most importantly, filtered so that only relevant policies appear.
This integration was originally called the ‘Every Policy Loader’, but was rebranded in 2025 to the ‘IntraLink Policy Loader’ as I worked to unify all of our IT tools under the IntraLink brand.
