The launch of the Innovation Exchange Centre at Millennium Point marked a major milestone for the Trust’s digital strategy. I led the procurement, setup, and configuration of all systems and hardware for this flagship facility.
This included:
- Procurement, installation and configuration of cloud-managed network infrastructure (firewall, switching, wireless APs)
- Procurement, installation and configuration of cloud-managed CCTV system (NVR, cameras)
- Procurement, installation and configuration of 35 cloud-managed Windows 11 devices for use by Trust colleagues and external visitors alike
- Procurement, installation and configuration of digitial signage systems in reception
- Procurement, installation and configuration of a cloud-managed visitor signing in system
- Procurement and configuration of Microsoft Teams event technology, and a suite of cutting-edge audiovisual tools—including PTZ conference cameras, 4K displays, and premium audio equipment

- Coordinated with suppliers and contractors to deliver the project on time and within budget.
